The Opportunities
We are recruiting for three distinct teaching positions. .

1. Primary Classroom Teacher
- Contract: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Ongoing
- Focus: Generalist Classroom Teaching across the primary years.
2. Specialist Arts Educator – Visual and Media Arts
- Contract: Part-Time (0.6 FTE), Fixed Term for Terms 1-3
- Focus: Delivering the Visual and Media Arts curriculum.
3. Specialist Arts Educator – Performing Arts
- Contract: Part-Time (0.6 FTE), Fixed Term for Terms 1-3
- Focus: Delivering the Performing Arts curriculum (Music, Drama, Movement).
Key Responsibilities
Primary Classroom Teacher (Ongoing):
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based learning programs to a primary class.
Establish and maintain an orderly, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Assess student learning outcomes and use data to inform teaching practice.
Specialist Arts Educators (Fixed Term):
Develop and implement engaging curriculum programs in the respective specialist area (Visual & Media Arts / Performing Arts).
Inspire student creativity and expression.
Coordinate relevant student displays, exhibitions, or school performances.

Successful candidates for any of these positions will be passionate, committed, and possess:
Essential Criteria (All Roles):
Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
A demonstrated commitment to contributing positively to a small, close-knit school community.
The ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Specific Criteria:
Primary Classroom Teacher: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and deliver the core primary curriculum.
Specialist Arts Educators: Relevant tertiary qualification, training, or significant experience in delivering the specific Arts domain.
