Your New RoleAs Practice Manager, you will report directly to the Practice Principal and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Clinic. You will be the key person ensuring everything flows smoothly from patient experience through to team coordination, systems and operational support. This is a hands-on where you are present in the clinic each day, keeping things organised and running efficiently while supporting both clinical and front desk teams.
Your New Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of a boutique GP & Skin Cancer Clinic in Frenchs Forest
- Lead and support the administration staff
- Manage scheduling, appointments and patient flow
- Improve systems, policies and clinic efficiency
- Ensure accurate records and NSW healthcare compliance
- Support doctors, nurses and clinical staff
- Free parking onsite in Frenchs Forest
- Supportive, friendly and stable team environment

- Work within a respected GP and Skin Cancer Clinic
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, Medical Receptionist or a Medical Administrator
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with patients, clinicians and staff
- A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
