About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing IT department within the finance industry to conduct the design, development, and maintenance of innovative Power Platform solutions. As a Power Platform Developer, you will participate in a hands-on role to deliver Business & Enabling Solutions that meet complex organizational needs. You will be responsible for evaluating system program needs and identifying inefficiencies to ensure the technical environment remains high-performing and scalable.
Key CriteriaIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Portals/Pages, and Canvas & Model Driven apps.
Practical experience utilizing JavaScript.
Previous experience supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an IT leadership structure.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Create and customize canvas and model-driven Power Apps to meet identified business needs.
Develop and maintain Power Page portals.
Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
Design and implement data models, connectors, and integrations with external systems.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Research, consult, analyze, and evaluate business and system program needs.
Identify limitations and inefficiencies in existing systems, processes, and methods.
Test, debug, diagnose, and resolve issues within applications to ensure performance meets specifications.
Write, maintain, and update program code, technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
Offer expert advice and contribute to proposals for software design, including financial evaluations and recommendations for upgrades.
Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform developments, best practices, and emerging trends.
