Setting up, levelling, placing, and backfilling pits.
Conduit laying in open trenches.
Working closely with excavators, rollers, and civil crews.
Bedding, sand placement, compaction, and site reinstatement.
General civil labouring and maintaining a safe exclusion zone.
What you need:
Proven experience with civil construction, trenching, or conduit/pit installation.
White Card.
A rock-solid understanding of trench safety and working around excavators.
Reliable transport and a great work ethic.
Highly Regarded (Bonus points if you have):
Tickets: Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Spotter, Confined Space, or Working at Heights.
MR/HR Truck Licence.
Experience on major road or ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) projects.
