The Role
As a Sales Representative, your primary purpose is to manage a defined pharmacy territory (Perth North, West, and CBD - approximately 220 pharmacies) through structured call cycles and strategic promotional activity. You will serve as a vital link between the company and pharmacy team, ensuring products are well-represented, stocked, and understood.
Flexibility: This role will commence at 3 days per week. There is the opportunity to remain at 3 days or progressively build up to 4 days or full-time hours, depending on the preference of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Plan and execute structured 6–10 week call cycles across your assigned region.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with pharmacists and retail staff through regular in-store visits and phone contact.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while proactively following up on leads and referrals.
- Product Education: Deliver technical and medical product information clearly to pharmacy teams to ensure they are confident in recommending the range.
- Implementation: Execute sales and promotional initiatives in strict alignment with company strategy.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and provide valuable market feedback from the field.
