A background in banking or finance is not essential to thrive here, but you do need a "can-do" attitude and a genuine love for sales and service.
Sales Savvy: You have previous experience in a customer-facing sales-driven environment (retail, hospitality, or telecommunications)
Communication: You can explain complex products simply and build rapport with customers quickly
Adaptability: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Banking Experience (Bonus): If you’ve worked in a bank before, great! If not, we’ll provide the training.
