- Direct the departure process, ensuring thorough exit discussions and the preservation of internal knowledge.
- Create and implement programs that foster stronger workplace connections and recognise employee achievements.
- Organise social and cultural gatherings that align with core company principles and boost general morale.
- Advocate for wellbeing and mental health programs that support a balanced professional and personal life.
- Champion initiatives for equity and inclusion to maintain a respectful, welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and organise professional development tracks to meet evolving business requirements.
- Assist with the management of organisational change and talent growth projects.
- Ensure all staff remain up to date with mandatory compliance modules and safety training.
- Update and protect sensitive data within the HR Information System (GPS) to ensure administrative accuracy.
- Provide the payroll department with precise data updates to ensure timely compensation.
- Execute regulatory checks, such as policy audits and random drug screenings, in line with Fair Work standards.
We are looking for:
A minimum of three years of practical experience in a HR generalist capacity, focusing on administrative coordination and operational support, ideally within the industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, providing you with a solid foundation in employment law and best practice frameworks.
High emotional intelligence and sophisticated interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate confidently with a diverse workforce while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
