The Role
Working on a fortnightly cycle, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will manage the end-to-end processing of timesheets and maintain the integrity of the payroll database.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage timesheets, salary variations, and allowances.
Process commencements, terminations, leave bookings, and deductions.
Ensure all entries comply with relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Maintain confidential personnel files in accordance with government legislation.
Act as a point of contact for payroll inquiries, escalating complex issues to Senior Payroll Officers when required.

Pay Rate: $52 – $62 per hour + Superannuation (commensurate with experience).
Duration: 6-month initial contract with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent.
