About the role:
Working within a high-performing payroll team, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing. Your duties will include:
- Managing full-function payroll processing, including enterprise and packaged staff
- Calculating terminations, back pay, and ad hoc payments with a high degree of accuracy
- Handling payroll queries via an internal ticketing system in a professional manner
- Collaborating with HR partners and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, tax requirements, and superannuation
- Ensuring all staff are paid correctly and within strict fortnightly deadlines
About you:
- Proven experience in a high-volume, end-to-end payroll environment
- Experience with Chris21 or iChris
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
