About the role: Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality payroll services. Your duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining of employee records
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Award interpretation
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About you: You are a service-focused professional who acts with integrity and thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment. In addition, you have:
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, ideally within high-volume environments
- Experience using a large payroll system (eg. SAP, iChris/Chris21, Preceda, Dayforce, Aurion, etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands and meet performance KPIs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
