We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join a leading Aged Care provider based in the heart of Adelaide CBD. This is a critical role ensuring our hardworking frontline staff are paid accurately and on time.
Initially offered as a full time temporary contract, this position has a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for a candidate who demonstrates excellence and a great cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities
End to end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll for a diverse workforce.
Interpretation and application of complex Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Responding to payroll queries from staff and management with a customer-service mindset.
Assisting with month-end reporting and superannuation reconciliations.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Award Expertise: Demonstrated experience or a very strong working knowledge of Modern Awards.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in Aged Care, Health, or NDIS environments is highly regarded.
Systems Savvy: Proficiency in mid to large scale payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to Detail: A right first time approach to data entry and calculations.
