About the role
- Efficient processing of end-to-end payroll
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Processing terminations, redundancies, and leave
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Award interpretation and compliance
- Handling enquiries and resolving payroll-related issues
About you
- 5+ years of experience in a payroll environment
- Ability to "hit the ground running"
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in high-volume environments and large-scale systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
