Are you a seasoned Payroll Leader with expert-level Preceda skills? We are looking for a Temporary Payroll Manager to step in immediately and lead a team within a Financial Services organisation, based in the Sydney CBD.
This is a critical leadership position focused on ensuring the seamless delivery of business-as-usual (BAU) payroll. You will be heading up a dedicated team of payroll professionals who will look to you for technical guidance, mentorship, and operational support.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, providing hands-on assistance and clear direction.
Advanced, confident user of Preceda.
Ability to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of both fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles.
Acting as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related queries and complex legislative interpretations.
- Thorough experience interpreting EBAs.
A background in Financial Services or a similarly regulated environment is highly regarded.
Ability to start right away, or within a couple days and commit to a temporary assignment.
