Randstad is pleased to be exclusively partnering with our client who are a large not-for-profit organisation based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

About the role:
Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4. Your duties will include:
- Lead and oversee a team
- Coach and mentor direct reports to deliver best practice payroll and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure all pay run activities are executed in accordance with legislative, regulatory and award requirements (including superannuation, STP) with strict adherence to timing and accuracy
- Lead and coach performance, development, and day-to-day operations for the payroll team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
About you:
You are an experienced Payroll Team Leader with exceptional people leadership skills. In addition, you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
- 5+ years experience with end-to-end payroll
- Experience working on a medium - large payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
