- Commercial Growth: Develop and execute partnership marketing plans designed to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and align on partnership goals.
- Value Exchange Management: Negotiate and manage value exchange agreements, ensuring long-term growth for both the organization and its partners.
- Campaign Excellence: Lead the development of co-branded marketing campaigns across CRM, Web, and other media channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze ROI, partnership revenue growth, and conversion metrics to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Influence: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Executive leadership, to ensure seamless execution of partnership outcomes.
What You Bring
- Experience: 7+ years in partnership or growth marketing with a proven track record of driving commercial success.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Automotive or Novated Leasing
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of marketing principles (CRM, Web best practices) and high-level data analysis skills
- Strategic Mindset: A B2B2C background and the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, problem-solving capability, and the resilience to thrive in a complex environment.
