I am currently partnering with a highly successful, performance-driven digital agency who are looking for a Paid Media Account Director to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Paid Media Account Director, you will step into a pivotal leadership position reporting directly to the Head of Digital. This role is the perfect blend of high-level strategy, client partnership, and performance marketing.
You will act as the senior strategic lead across key accounts, translating complex client objectives into high-impact media plans across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
Key Responsibilities
... Own the development and execution of holistic paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
Manage day-to-day senior client relationships, delivering insightful reporting, growth recommendations, and clear KPIs.
Oversee end-to-end campaign builds, optimizations, budget pacing, and performance analysis.
Monitor industry trends to drive account innovation, while spearheading and supporting new business pitches.
Mentor junior team members, manage internal workflows, and collaborate with internal specialists to ensure best-in-class execution.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will bring a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for performance marketing.
Requirements:
6-7+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within an agency or high-growth environment.
Deep platform expertise across Programmatic (Trade desk) and Paid Search (google ads)
Experience with paid social as well is a huge pluss especially with meta
Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to confidently lead client calls and write comprehensive strategy decks.
