Duties:
- Development of a change management framework and templates, to uplift change management maturity.
- Providing strategic advice and coaching to project and program teams drive successful adoption, manage resistance, and improve business confidence through stakeholder engagement, communication and robust change plans.
- Working closely with the Portfolio Office to develop and execute overarching change strategies, roadmap and integrated plans for the Branch, to minimise change fatigue.
Skills required:
- Experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks, strategies and plans across portfolios of work.
- Leading and executing change management activities across complex portfolios, programs and projects in the Public Sector.
- Applying and integrating change management methodologies to program delivery, and project waterfall and agile delivery.
- Experience in benefits realisation management, including development of benefits artefacts and ongoing benefits management.
- Proven experience in tailoring change management methodologies to meet the complexities of programs and projects, including demonstrated change management certification.
