You will act as a mentor to your direct reports, fostering a culture of cross-training and accountability through clearly defined KPIs. From overseeing ad-hoc "value-add" services to providing relief coverage for senior management, your influence will ensure the facility operates at peak efficiency. The successful candidate will be a "Continuous Improvement" champion, constantly reviewing SOPs and work instructions to ensure the business remains competitive and compliant.
