Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest Environmental Services companies in the country! Due to continued growth our client based in Jandakot are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their team.
Your Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily job allocation, ensuring drivers, routes, and vehicles are scheduled accurately and efficiently
- Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and service quality
- Oversee day-to-day collection and recycling operations, maintaining strict safety, service standards, and environmental compliance
- Conduct end-of-day debriefs, monitor timelines and breaks, and ensure all routes are completed as scheduled
- Stay across all daily operations, proactively resolving issues and supporting drivers to keep services running smoothly
- Support driver inductions, training, and development
- Manage operational reporting, assist with incident follow-ups, and coordinate vehicle maintenance with the workshop.
About you:
- Supervisory or leadership experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management
- Strong skills in scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning
- Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven approach
- High attention to detail with solid administration and reporting skills.
- Microsoft Office
- Waste industry experience highly regarded
