The Operations Project Supervisor is responsible for the planning, detailing, coordination and execution of exhibition projects from pre-produciton to dismantle.
This role will take you all over Adelaide and sometimes interstate. This role is a blend of hands on leadership and logistical accuracy, ensuring projects are installed and dismantled to high standards, safely, on time and with minimal waste.
This role is a Full time Salary package and will be based on your level of skills and experience and qualifications that you bring. The salary range is $95,000 - $150,000.
Main responsiblities include:
- Team supervison and labour coordination
- Client and stakeholder liason
- Stock and Equipment management
- Safety and compliance
- Administrative and Reporting duties
You will need:
- Forklift licence
- MR or higher
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and operational platforms
Disired qualifications include:
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Events, Logistics or Project Coordination
- WHS Induction or willingness to complete
- First Aid Certification
- Experience in CAD or similar
