A leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is currently seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organised Office Manager with an HR background for an immediate start to join our leadership support team located in Albion. This is a permanent, full-time office-based role designed for a hands-on professional ready to take true ownership of daily operations, culture, and compliance frameworks.
About the Role
As the Office Manager, you will be the engine room of our campus, ensuring operational excellence across human resources, office logistics, and RTO compliance support. You will act as the critical link between staff, compliance frameworks, and executive management. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- HR Administration & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including driving staff onboarding, maintaining modern digital personnel records, and administering internal HR workflows.
- Office Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day running of our Albion office, ensuring a seamless, paperless environment and managing facility requirements.
- Trainer Compliance Support: Partner with our compliance team to support trainer matrix maintenance, evidence collection, and RTO administrative requirements.
- Executive Support: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on strategic business operations, reporting, and ad-hoc operational projects.
- Systems Management: Utilise aXcelerate to maintain accurate workforce data and support student management administration.
About You
We are looking for an agile, proactive professional with a "solutions-focused" approach to modern business administration. To be successful, you will possess:
- HR & Industry Background: Proven experience in HR administration or coordination, ideally coupled with an understanding of the RTO sector.
- Technical Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with experience using aXcelerate or similar student management databases.
- Growth Mindset: An eager-to-learn self-starter who values continuous professional development.
- Communication Style: Confidence and absolute professionalism in liaising with trainers, external stakeholders, and executive leadership.
