Your New Role
Step into an Office Administrator role on a 12 month fixed term, keeping the office organised and supporting the team so everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for:
- Answering and directing phone calls with a professional and friendly touch
- Keeping the kitchen stocked and meeting rooms ready to impress
- Managing office supplies, stationery orders, and making sure the office is in great shape
- Organising office events and catering, with plenty of chances to socialise and have fun with the team
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to keep communication seamless

About You
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Administrator, Receptionist or Office Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
