The Role
...- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide a dedicated team of 17 professionals, including Sales Representatives, National Key Account Managers, and a Field Coach.
- Cultivating Culture: Use the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team framework to foster a high-trust, collaborative environment.
- Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with National Key Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and ensure regional account success.
- Insights-Driven Strategy: Leverage IQVIA data to understand market trends and make informed, long-term strategic decisions.
- Operational Management: Oversee regional budgets and interstate office requirements, ensuring the smooth running of our Northern operations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a key link between the field and our Marketing and Sales Operations teams to share market feedback and competitor insights.
About You
- Pharmacy Expertise: You bring 10+ years of leadership experience within the pharmacy retail channel.
- People First: You have a proven track record of developing talent and managing significant commercial partnerships with integrity.
- Market Knowledge: You understand the nuances of the pharmacy retail market and the vital role of HCP endorsement in consumer health.
- Analytical & Articulate: You can translate market data into clear, strategic recommendations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Qualified: You hold a tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and pride yourself on your professional, independent work ethic.
