Are you a results-driven sales professional with a background in security solutions or civil engineering? We are representing a global market leader with over 140 years of heritage in force protection and perimeter security. This is a rare opportunity to manage high-stakes projects and strategic accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
The Opportunity
As the Sales Manager (ANZ), you will be the face of two world-renowned brands. You will lead business development efforts within high-growth sectors, specifically focusing on Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, and Government/Defense projects.
This role is perfect for a "self-starter" who thrives in a start-up-style environment backed by the resources of a global powerhouse. You will manage a project pipeline featuring multi-million dollar deals, including current active opportunities with major Australian data center operators.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Own and exceed an annual sales target (starting at circa $3M AUD), driving order value and revenue through strategic account planning.
Market Specification: Engage with security consultants, designers, and architects to "spec-in" products at the design phase.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships across the construction ecosystem, including Tier 1 builders, general contractors, and specialized installers.
Solution Selling: Deliver complex value propositions for high-security perimeter solutions, hostile vehicle mitigation, and access control systems.
Pipeline Management: Effectively convert project pipelines into confirmed orders, managing the process from initial engagement to project fulfillment.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have at least 5+ years of sales experience within the security or civil engineering industries in Australia.
Connected: You have a proven track record of managing customers in critical infrastructure (Data Centers, Transportation, Energy, or Defense).
Partner-Focused: Experience managing distribution partners and project fulfillment channels is essential.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and influence customer adoption of engineered technical solutions.
Mobile: Willingness to travel across ANZ to meet with key stakeholders and visit project sites.
At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
