Randstad is seeking expressions of interest from skilled and experienced Plant Operators / Truck Drivers for a range of upcoming civil construction and infrastructure projects across Tasmania

The Role:
We have a pipeline of work requiring operators who can confidently switch between machinery and heavy vehicle driving. Your duties will typically include:
- Operating a range of plant such as Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, and Skid Steers
- Driving medium rigid (MR), heavy rigid (HR) or heavy combination (HC) trucks (tippers, water carts, floats)
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance
- Assisting with labouring duties when required
- Adhering to strict site safety protocols
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated history operating civil plant and driving heavy vehicles
- Current MR, HR or HC Truck Licence + Plant Tickets (Excavator, Loader, etc.)
- White card
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- A solid work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work full time hours
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
