- Drafting responses to Ministers and preparing Business Communications.
- Advising the Executive Director and Senior Managers on communication protocols.
- Researching and preparing responses for complex Ministerial matters.
- Developing initial responses for Ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, speech notes, media statements, parliamentary questions, and other high-level communications.
- Coordinating updates to agency briefing notes for Budget Estimates, Cabinet meetings, and other requirements.
- Supervising employees.
