This position is primarily Permanent Part-Time (Monday–Friday). However, for candidates who hold dual registration (RN/RM), we are pleased to offer a Full-Time role. Key Responsibilities
Lead Education: Deliver high-quality coaching and competency assessments for the midwifery team.
Mentor New Talent: Support student midwives and new graduates to build clinical confidence.
Shape Practice: Collaborate with medical teams to embed evidence-based care and lead quality improvements.
Hands-on Support: Provide clinical guidance in birthing, postnatal, and antenatal settings.
What You Bring
Registration: Tertiary qualifications in Midwifery (Dual Nursing/Midwifery registration required for full-time).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate clinical experience.
Skills: Strong leadership qualities and a demonstrated ability to teach or precept staff.
Desirable: Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Education.
