Randstad is currently looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist for an immediate start to join a premier, high-volume dermatology clinic in Woolloongabba. This is an ongoing Full-Time Casual role with the opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent position.

About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you are the face of the practice. You will support a team of expert dermatologists and nurses in a busy, professional clinical setting. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Patient Concierge: Managing patient arrivals and ensuring a seamless flow in a high-volume specialist environment.
- Complex Scheduling: Coordinating specialist appointments, procedures, and managing high-frequency phone enquiries.
- Clinical Admin: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Dermatology and Nursing teams.
- Financial Processing: Managing specialist billing, including Medicare, DVA, and private health fund claims with precision.
- Records Management: Maintaining accurate electronic patient files (Experience with specialist software is highly regarded).
About You
We are seeking a polished professional who remains calm under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient outcomes. To be successful, you will possess:
- Specialist Experience: Experience within a busy GP or Specialist clinic (Dermatology experience is a major plus).
- Full-Time Commitment: Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) on an ongoing basis.
- Communication Skills: A natural ability to connect with patients, providing empathetic care for those undergoing medical and cosmetic treatments.
- Software Savvy: Confidence in managing medical billing and utilising practice management systems.
