As our Temporary Medical Administrator, your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth operation of our data and communications. Your main tasks will include:
High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately inputting patient information, medical records, and administrative data into our digital systems.
Answering Calls & Enquiries: Professionally managing incoming phone calls, addressing patient and external enquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
General Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative duties as required.
About You:
Highly Tech-Savvy: Proficient and comfortable using digital record systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and learning new software quickly.
Organised and Detail-Oriented: Able to maintain high levels of accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive medical data.
Excellent Communicator: Possessing clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
Reliable and Proactive: Someone who can work independently and manage their workload effectively during a busy period.
Previous medical administration experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with strong tech skills.
