We have a great opportunity for you to work in a hands-on role working with the mechanic team in local councils within the North Eastern suburbs. You will be performing various fleet and mechanical maintenance tasks.
Location: North Eastern Suburbs VIC
Pay Rate: From $40 - $44 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 7:00am starts
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out basic repairs to vehicles, plant and equipment
- Providing mechanical support to the site.
- Provide parts support, sourcing, receiving and storing as required
- Making sure all work is completed safely, correctly, and to a high standard.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification.
Requirements
- Valid MR or HR Truck Licence (Preferred)
- 1 year experience in fleet maintenance or mechanical work
