This role is part of a well-established Australian Contruction business with strong growth and a relaxed, supportive culture.
What You’ll DoCreate content: social posts, case studies, short videos, product stories
Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
Coordinate events and tradeshows from planning to execution
Work on campaigns across digital and print channels
Keep projects moving and make sure deadlines are met
Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations and HR when needed
3+ years in marketing, content creation or a similar role
Experience supporting or leading others
Strong Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Good writing and communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects at once
Curious, organised, and comfortable learning technical products
Reliable and able to work independently
Nice to have: CMS/digital experience, photography/video skills, or previous work in construction
