We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who thrives on execution. This role is ideal for someone who can bring marketing plans to life through flawless program delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and strong sales alignment. You’ll focus on driving demand, managing events end-to-end, and ensuring marketing programs translate into measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing programs to generate pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities.
 - Partner closely with Sales to align programs with regional priorities and revenue goals.
 - Manage end-to-end program execution - from planning and logistics to onsite delivery an post-event follow-up.
 - Track and report lead flow to ensure timely follow-up and conversion with Sales and SDR teams.
 - Manage program budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting.
 - Provide clear communication on program performance, key actions, and next steps to marketing and sales stakeholders.
 
About You:
- 4–6 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology or enterprise solutions.
 - Proven track record of managing events, campaigns, or demand generation programs.
 - Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work effectively with Sales stakeholders.
 - Detail-oriented with excellent project management, communication, and Excel skills.
 - Self-starter with a bias for action and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
