What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, on-the-tools role where you will be integral to the site's success and reliability. Your responsibilities include:
- Preventative & Reactive Maintenance across high-speed production lines.
- Advanced Fault Finding & Diagnostics, focusing on machinery like Volumetric Filling machines and Case Packing machines.
- Utilising the MEX CMMS system to log all completed work, drive the preventative maintenance program, and build foundations for predictive maintenance.
- Proactively contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives (e.g., MEX implementation).
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven background in high-speed food, dairy or beverage manufacturing:
- CTIII in Engineering - Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Previous 3+ years' experience as a fitter/technician in the food, dairy, meat, or beverage industry required.
- Familiar with GMP Practices and possesses strong computer skills.
- Possesses a safety-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- ***Restricted electrical license highly desirable***

- Rate: $50 - $55 per hour (plus 15% Shift Loading when working afternoons). Paid weekly.
- Work-Life Balance: No guaranteed weekend work or mandatory callouts, supporting a great personal life.
- Overtime: Circa 5 hours per week of overtime is typically available (not guaranteed).
