Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest logistics company in WA! Due to continued growth our client based in the Perth CBD are looking for an experienced Logistics Pricing and Bids Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role with an immediate start!
Your Duties:

- Lead the initial assessment and decomposition of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents to identify key commercial requirements, solution scopes, and compliance necessities.
- Coordinate the creation of compelling and compliant commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between the proposed operational solution and the pricing strategy.
- Act as the central commercial point of contact for large tenders, collaborating extensively with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
- Own the final bid submission process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, delivered on time, and strictly adheres to the customer's specified format and requirements.
- Provide data-driven support and commercial insights to the Sales team during final rate negotiations, ensuring profitability goals are met during the closing phase.
- Assist with other clerical tasks as requested
About you:
- Experience in logistics industry (essential)
- Strong accounts and administration experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
