• Lead the initial assessment and decomposition of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents to identify key commercial requirements, solution scopes, and compliance necessities.
• Coordinate the creation of compelling and compliant commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between the proposed operational solution and the pricing strategy.
• Act as the central commercial point of contact for large tenders, collaborating extensively with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
• Own the final bid submission process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, delivered on time, and strictly adheres to the customer's specified format and requirements.
• Provide data-driven support and commercial insights to the Sales team during final rate negotiations, ensuring profitability goals are met during the closing phase.
• Assist with other clerical tasks as requested

• Experience in logistics industry (essential)
• Strong accounts and administration experience (essential)
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
