This is an execution-focused role for a mid-to-senior practitioner to step in and immediately hit the ground running in a white-collar corporate environment.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, hands-on contract balancing critical business-as-usual L&OD support with a high-profile culture initiative. Your primary focus will include:
- Psychological Safety Project: Leading the end-to-end design of modern, visually engaging content (workbooks, toolkits, and digital resources) to manage psychosocial risks.
- Leadership Uplift: Developing facilitation guides and leader toolkits, and delivering pilot sessions or "Train the Trainer" workshops for people leaders.
- Survey Action Planning: Leveraging engagement data (e.g., Culture Amp) to help business units design and execute high-impact action plans.
- L&OD Support: Supporting the broader capability agenda and providing agile generalist support as required.
This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of corporate L&OD experience. You have a strong familiarity with the psychosocial risk landscape and a proven ability to influence mid-to-senior management through data-backed insights.
