About You:
LMS Expertise: Proven experience administering platforms such as Moodle, Totara, or Canvas.
Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in H5P, SCORM standards, and API usage.
Data Driven: High-level analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) for reporting.
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Project Mindset: Experience with system testing, version upgrades, and/or new system implementations.
Availability: Must be available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
System Integrity: Maintain and upload learning materials, ensuring the LMS remains the "source of truth" for courses.
Content Creation: Use your specialist skills to develop interactive H5P content and manage SCORM-compatible files.
Migration & Implementation: Play a lead role in the implementation of a new LMS, including data migration and vendor coordination.
Reporting & Analytics: Utilize APIs and data tools to generate meaningful reports for program leads.
Stakeholder Education: Act as the LMS Subject Matter Expert, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical facilitators.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and activate appropriate plugins and strategies to maximize user experience.
