The Role
This is a Permanent Full-Time position (Monday to Friday) focused on delivering high-level care and creating a vibrant "home" atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment programs.
Coordinate diverse group activities both on-site and in the local community.
Set and track personalized lifestyle goals for residents.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic resident care.
Requirements
Qualification: Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
Soft Skills: A genuine "people person" with a passion for building relationships.
