Key Responsibilities
Provide routine information and assist a diverse range of people with their enquiries in a friendly, respectful, and supportive way.
Guide visitors in the basic use of digital and technology resources, including self-service facilities.
Contribute to service delivery by undertaking tasks such as shelving and the checking in and out of items.
Assist with memberships, bookings, reservations, collection lists, and item repairs.
Effectively operate computer systems, including specialised management software and standard office applications.
Actively contribute to teamwork through staff meetings and by building professional working relationships.
Maintain personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to health and safety obligations and organisational policies.

Demonstrated experience using computers, smart devices, and software, with the capacity to help others navigate these tools.
