What You Will Do:
Install, maintain, and support enterprise ICT environments and systems across desktop, mobile hardware, and Microsoft 365.
Participate in the support and deployment of ICT hardware and software.
Perform analytical and problem-solving activities within an ITIL-based framework to resolve technical issues.
Consult, negotiate, liaise, and provide expert advice to staff at all levels regarding Information Systems infrastructure.
Contribute to effective teamwork by working collaboratively and delivering high-quality customer service
Demonstrated analytical experience identifying, investigating, and solving problems within a complex ICT environment.
Proven ability to act proactively through self-direction and a strong willingness to adopt new ways of working.
Knowledge of or experience with Operating System deployment methodologies or device imaging.
Working knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.
Ability to work in-office (Brisbane CBD) 5 days a week and perform frequent manual handling up to 15kg.
