The Opportunity
As a Lending Specialist, you will be the face and voice of the business, guiding clients through the end-to-end journey from initial enquiry to settlement. This isn't just about processing files; it’s about building lasting relationships and providing clear, helpful communication to a demographic that values authentic, human connection.
Salary: $80,000 + Super + Discretionary Bonuses + Employee Share Option Plan (for eligible staff)

Your Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from potential clients, brokers, and referrers via phone, email, and web chat.
Pipeline Management: Support the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring proactive follow-ups to meet business growth targets.
End-to-End Ownership: Oversee client applications through to settlement, collaborating closely with Operations to ensure a seamless experience.
Relationship Management: Conduct annual client check-ins and handle ad hoc requests with professionalism and care.
What You Bring
Lending Expertise: Ideally, you have a background in consumer lending, with a strong preference for residential lending experience in a phone-based environment.
Empathy & Communication: You are a natural communicator who can simplify complex information and deliver it with a caring, patient touch.
Mindset: You are a quick learner with a growth mindset, a positive attitude, and an organized approach to file management.
