Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to senior lawyers and partners.
- Draft, format, and prepare correspondence, legal documents, and contracts.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and assist with client communications.
- Conduct legal research and support file and matter management.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
- Assist with billing processes and general office administration.
About You
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar legal support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
