This is a dynamic and high-impact opportunity for an established Learning and Development expert to join a business that delivers essential services throughout New South Wales. This role will be critical in leading the strategic design, governance, and management of national Learning and Development programs across the organisation.
key responsibilities;
- Design and deliver national core training aligned with compliance obligations and business priorities.
- Maintain compliance frameworks and drive mandatory learning to meet legislative and industry standards.
- Monitor engagement and recommend continuous improvement for corporate training quality and consistency.
- Support the national development and rollout of leadership and behavioral capability programs.
- Embed organisational values in learning initiatives.
- Administer the LMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance for all national programs.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in learning design, facilitation, and program coordination within multi-site environments, specifically within compliance, safety, or leadership programs. Experience in adult learning principles, LMS administration and strong stakeholder management skills is key for this role. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient professional who operates with integrity and initiative.
