Your role:
L&D administration and coordination
Managing inboxes, scheduling, and general team support
Updating the LMS and ensuring data accuracy between HRIS & LMS
Liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple contracts
Preparing documentation, reports, and training materials
Providing customer-focused support to learners and leaders
Rolling up your sleeves to help wherever needed within the team
What We’re Looking For
Strong administration or coordination experience (L&D exposure is ideal but not essential)
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel a bonus)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Friendly, proactive, and willing to pitch in
Comfortable in a relaxed, informal team environment
Positive mindset and practical “get things done” approach
