- Lead, coach, and support a team of production workers and conduct training for new and existing staff
- Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
- Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimise production
What you need:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent beneficial but not mandatory
