We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and physically capable individual to join the production team as a Concrete Picker/Production Labourer. This role offers a fantastic gateway into the industry, providing a clear path to a permanent position and valuable training on heavy machinery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
This position is varied and involves both highly focused indoor work and general outdoor site duties:
Production & Quality Control (Indoor)
Work from a dedicated, air-conditioned control room/picking station.
Your primary task is to efficiently pick and remove concrete debris and other foreign materials as they move along a conveyor belt at the crushing plant.
Throw the removed materials accurately into the designated shoot or bin for disposal.
General Labouring & Site Maintenance (Outdoor)
Perform general site upkeep and maintenance tasks.
Conduct pressure washing of plant machinery, walkways, and infrastructure to maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
Assist the team with general manual labouring duties as directed.
Safely transport materials using a wheelbarrow.
Essential Requirements
Candidates must meet the following non-negotiable criteria to be considered for the role:
Safety Certification: A current and valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
Transport: A current Driver's Licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to the Mount Cotton site.
Physical Fitness: The ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motion and lifting (required for the concrete picking duty).
Commitment: Reliability, strong work ethic, and adherence to all site safety protocols.
