This is a 3-month contract focusing on delivering high-quality technical resolutions and hardware management in a fast-paced environment.
1) What You Will Do:
... Provide Level 2 technical support across various operating systems, including Windows 11 upgrades.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments to ensure seamless user productivity.
Resolve complex Level 2 desktop support issues and technical escalations.
Coordinate the deployment of computers and related hardware across the site.
Manage the secure disposal and decommissioning of redundant computer equipment.
2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience in a Level 2 technical support or desktop support role.
Technical proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
Demonstrated ability to handle hardware life-cycle management and deployments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving diverse hardware and software issues.
Must be an Australian Citizen and hold (or be eligible to hold) a Blue Card.
Title: IT Support Technician – Level 1 (3 positions)
