The Randstad SA procurement contracts and supply chain team are currently partnering with a leading ASX listed business inventory coordinator to support a transformation project and BAU. This role offers the chance to manage vital supply chain flows, balance inventory targets, and grow your career within a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory levels, ensuring the right amount of stock is available to meet internal customer demand while minimizing costs by preventing overstocking and understocking
• Overseeing the flow of goods from receiving to distribution by tracking incoming and outgoing inventory and maintaining accurate records
• Establishing and sustaining controls to balance targets of part availability and cost of inventory holdings
• Managing stock holding levels including min, max, and safety stock
• Performing cycle counts and reconciliation
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to produce future material forecasts
• Identifying trends in use, loss, and replenishment of stock and customer demands
• Creating and maintaining BOM’s in the system, and entering and maintaining accurate master data
• Management of KPI's including reporting, root cause and corrective action plans

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 5+ years' iInventory experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation
• Experience using ERP systems is essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of the inter-relationships between inventory, the supply chain and all other disciplines
