A highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales support and operations is sought by an established business located in Perth. The company is seeking a proactive and skilled Internal Sales & Operations Specialist to be a core part of its team.
Working within a small knit team you will be client facing and the key client interaction for the company.
The key duties will include:
- Engage with customers to provide technical solutions,quotes and order updates
- Maintain positive relationships with Wholesale customers
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services.
- Engage with logistics providers (e.g., DHL) to manage deliveries and receipts.
- Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
This is a great entry level role and could suit a candidate who is in a customer service/internal sales role or a candidate who has worked in a trade environment.
With the business being recently acquired there is future growth potential and this is a business who are focused on a strong culture.
