About the Role
We are partnering with a leading insurance brand to find a switched-on Customer Relations Administration Officer. This is an individual contributor role within a supportive, collaborative division focused on maintaining top-tier customer standards.
You’ll be the operational engine room for the team, keeping case files, systems, and communications moving smoothly behind the scenes. It's a busy, varied role where your organizational skills will truly shine. Ideally, you have prior dispute resolutions or claims experience,
Your Day-to-Day
You will be managing a busy workload. Your responsibilities will include:
Keeping things moving: Sending complaint outcomes to customers and internal Claims teams promptly.
System management: Gathering info from various internal databases and keeping SharePoint accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
Compliance & correspondence: Monitoring complaint timelines (like ensuring 10-day customer updates are logged) and responding to general enquiries.
External portal handling: Uploading required documentation to external portals (such as AFCA) and liaising with the Claims department for missing info.
Team support: Helping the wider Customer Relations team with ad hoc admin tasks and continuously improving everyday processes.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for someone organized, details-focused, and comfortable navigating a corporate environment.
Solid admin experience: Proven background supporting a team with data, reporting, and communication tools.
Tech-savvy mindset: Comfort jumping between multiple software systems and databases to track down information.
Eagle eye for detail: A knack for picking up on small errors or inconsistencies quickly.
Time management skills: The ability to prioritize your day, manage competing demands, and meet agreed-upon timelines.
Great communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and external customer correspondence.
