We are seeking an Insights Business Analyst for a 12-month assignment to join a large program delivering multiple, parallel releases. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, focusing on the analysis and documentation of sophisticated business intelligence requirements. If you excel at defining KPIs and working within Enterprise Data Warehousing environments to translate complex data into actionable insights, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You Will Do:

• Perform business intelligence requirements analysis for a program with multiple, parallel releases using an established insights framework.
• Liaise with strategic stakeholders and C-level executives to identify key business drivers and define targets, KPIs, metrics, and dimensions.
• Document reporting and functional requirements by collaborating with end users and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop scenarios to support requirements verification, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training efforts.
• Write detailed report specifications for developers and test business logic rules necessary for building intelligence reports.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a BI Business Analyst within data warehouse and business intelligence environments.
• Experienced in defining end-to-end BI requirements, including data sources, metrics, and dimensions for diverse user communities.
• Experience facilitating dashboard requirement workshops with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated proficiency with front-end BI tools, specifically Power BI, for designing report mock-ups and defining user experience.
• Strong background in documenting requirements using user scenarios, critical success factors, and RAG threshold definitions.
